Case No. 05-RC-279371 (page 18 lines 24 and 25) in regards to the contract extension “Roll Over.” 

Maritas -

"Well, because I knew that the old CBA rolled over and Georgetown was under no legal obligation to negotiate."

 

Maritas Knew – but did you know, that he had no plans to renegotiate your contract and let it roll-over with NO WAGE INCREASE, NO SERVICE

but still collected your dues for another year!
